Working principles

 The oil pump is an internal meshing gear pump, secondary oil and gas separation is carried out in the shell, and a return oil floating system is installed in the atmospheric chamber. Outlet valve and overflow valve are also placed in the same shell, and the oil is filtered twice in the pump body. 
When the oil pump is working, it absorbs oil from the tank through the suction port and the filter. Under the action of pump pressure, the oil enters the flowmeter from the outlet after passing through the fine filter.Through the rotating centrifugation of the through-pipe and the oil and gas separation in the high-pressure chamber, the gas is discharged from the small hole at the through-pipe end and the oil and gas separation hole in the high-pressure chamber, and a small 
amount of oil accumulates in the atmospheric chamber. After the oil level exceeds a certain height, the return oil floats up, and part of the oil flows into the low-pressure chamber of the return oil pump.The working pressure (flow) of the oil pump can be adjusted by adjusting the spring pressure of the relief valve.
