Contact our market manager - -apply to be the distributor-- provide personal certification- -get approval--sign distributor agreement- get material (product offer, catalog, company profile, certificate, technical data sheet)-finish order -- get payment.
The personal certificate includes name, company name, home address, email address, phone number, credit record, account to be credited, work experience, education background, etc.
We will provide all the forms for the distributor to fill in. The right of final interpretation of this distributor agreement belongs to Jiangyin Furen High Tech Co., Ltd.
We will establish cooperation under the principle of development and mutual benefit, through friendly negotiation. Our common purpose is to build a win-win and long term strategic relationship and represent each other.
3. SCOPE OF BUSINESS
Scope of business is including but not limited to Register, Import, Assemble, Manufacture, Sales and marketing, and other related to the products as mentioned in Exhibit C of this Agreement
And within the territory, as specified herein the Agreement.
4. TERRITORY
The marketing territory includes all around :
First Launch: Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Russia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Turkey, Kenya.
Second Launch: Iran, Pakistan, Myanmar, Chile, Malaysia, Nigeria, South Africa, Russia.
In addition, if new customers are found in the Middle East, Africa and Asia are also welcome.
5. SALES TARGET AND REWARDS
5.1 Target shall start after the first anniversary of the Agreement as a registration and market entry period.
5.2 Dealers can be rewarded for providing local market information to our company or sharing famous company contacts information.
5.3 If the sale quantity can achieve 100 pieces of fuel dispenser or the annual turnover reaches $1 million, you can be our sole agent.
5.4 we provide a good price for our distributor which is lower than the market price. The larger quantity, the lower price. Both parties can check and approve the distributor's price every year according to the international situation and the change of product materials.
5.5 The agency commission is to be calculated after deducting freight charges.
5.6 If necessary, we can send engineers to assist dealers to communicate details with customers.
5.7 If necessary, we can do the necessary local product testing and certification for the dealers to help them complete the orders.
5.8 We will share all the product certificates with our distributors.
5.9 We provide a free customize LOGO service for our distributors' customers.
6. WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE
6.1 We provide end users a warranty of 12 months for all products.
6.2 We provide free spare part replacement during the quality guarantee time.
6.3 We provide professional engineers and technology to service our distributor.
7. BOTH PARTIES’ OBLIGATIONS
For distributor:
a. Keep itself manned in the Territory, with sufficient qualified technicians and equipped with sufficient maintenance and service facilities and spare part stock in order to perform the Work during the term of this agreement. Do its best to have long term service contract with important customers in Territory as above.
b. Have sufficient stock of Products to satisfy local market needs.
c. Payment for equipment in accordance with issued Performa invoices For all Orders executed in the territory as above.
d. Report to our company any marketing trend and all the sales, installation, and services performed in respect of the Products in the Territory.
e. During the warranty period fully represent our company and make a service in time positively.
f. Arrange an authorization and certificates for use of products and equipment in assigned territory.
g. Prepare facilities for store equipment and products.
h. Acts against fraud products and misuse of trademark of our brand in assigned territories.
For us:
a. Provide marketing and technical support to distributors for maximizing sales.
b. Provide all technical support & training necessary for assembly of the products target country.
c. Respond to the distributor's request in time positively.
d. Advice/recommend the distributor on the adequate level of spare part stock to enable the distributor to properly perform the service work.
e. Provide a product in accordance with International and Territory standards for use & sales.
f. Responsible for providing spare parts during the warranty period, exchange the spare parts when necessary.
g. Provide professional training for engineers and technicians from distributors.
8. USE OF TRADEMARK
Our trademark is only applied for the co-operation of both parties for the marketing and service of the Products. The distributor has no authority to use our name or any of its trademarks, service marks, or trade names for any other purpose, except as expressly set forth herein, or as we hereafter may expressly authorize in writing.
